after changed the mold,the size of the shower tray /bath tray can also changed,one machine can make many design from 700*700*450----1200*800*450.mainly material sheet can be ABS,acrylic,pmma/abs/pmma.compare to traditional machine,it save material and save powder,and have high efficiency for making bathtubs.normally one person one day can heat and form 200-400sheets

Working cycle:

Carry materials(ABS sheet) by hand  clamp the materials → oven move along to forming area → heating → oven move back to heating area → forming  by air pressure(Blown) → lower-mold up → vacuum forming → cooling → automatic degassing →mold ejecting → lower mold down → take out the finished sheet by hand.
